Tents
Professional tents are provided for ALL Finish Line Festival exhibitors. Do NOT bring your own tent.
Security
Overnight security is provided on Saturday night. However, please secure all valuables — this is an active nightlife area.
Internet / WiFi
No public WiFi is available at the Finish Line Festival. Personal hotspots are highly recommended.
Booth Staffing
Your booth must be staffed at all times during festival hours (7:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Unstaffed booths are subject to removal.
Food & Beverage Sampling
If you are sampling food or beverage — opened or packaged — additional permits and forms may be required.
Requires a City of Austin Food Permit ($70 via EventDog) plus a handwashing station at your booth.
No City of Austin permit required. Finish Line Festival only exhibitors have no additional form requirements.

Handwashing Station Requirements
Required for anyone sampling open / unwrapped food or drink. Your station must be set up and operational before the health inspector visits your booth.
What to Include
Soap (no sanitizer), single-use towels, handsink or dispenser with spout, and a catch bucket for wastewater.
Inspection Reminder
Station must be set up before serving food. No food can be made at home. The permit must be posted at your booth.
5-gallon container with spigot that provides a continuous flow of water
Catch basin for wastewater
Liquid soap in a pump dispenser
Paper towels
Trash receptacle
Hand sanitizer is NOT an acceptable substitute for a proper handwashing station.

The Finish Line Festival is an outdoor street festival adjacent to the finish line. Your booth location will be assigned and communicated prior to race weekend.

All vehicles must clear the festival footprint by 8:00 PM on Saturday. No vehicles are permitted in the festival area during race day hours.
