Certificate of Insurance (COI)

All exhibitors must submit COI by January 29, 2027

Submission Deadline

January 29, 2027 — Submit your Certificate of Insurance by this date to ensure booth activation.

Submit Your COI

Before You Submit: Quick COI Checklist
  • 1
Check the Dates: Ensure your policy is active for the full event window (February 11–14, 2027).
  • 2
Verify the Additional Insured & Certificate Holder: Double-check that High Five Events (3933 Promontory Point Dr, Austin, TX 78744) is explicitly listed as the Certificate Holder AND named as an Additional Insured on your General and Auto Liability policies.
  • 3
Confirm the Special Provisions: Look closely to ensure your policy explicitly includes a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of High Five Events and clearly states that the coverage is Primary and Non-Contributory.

Submit Your COI Through Your Account

To ensure your COI is tied to the correct booth, submissions are handled through your exhibitor account. Log in, select your booth, and upload your document.

Need an Insurance Provider?

If you're not sure where to start, don't worry — getting one is quick and affordable. We recommend checking providers like ACT Insurance or Next Insurance, both of which offer easy online applications tailored for event exhibitors. You can also ask your existing business or homeowner's insurance provider if they offer one-day or short-term event coverage. Please note that High Five Events is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or legally responsible for any third-party insurance providers or the coverage they provide. Exhibitors are solely responsible for securing their own compliant policies.

Just make sure your COI lists "High Five Events" as the certificate holder and meets the COI Requirements.
