Handwashing Station Requirements

All booths sampling food or drinks must have a visible, working station.

Your handwashing station must be set up and operational before the health inspector visits your booth.

Soap (no sanitizer), single-use towels, handsink or dispenser with spout, and a catch bucket for wastewater.

Station must be set up before serving food. No food can be made at home. The permit must be posted at your booth.
