Violation of expo rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Hours & Staffing
Booth must be staffed at all times. Leaving early or breaking down late is prohibited.
Vehicles & Parking
All unloading vehicles must be moved to the parking garage. Contact management if your vehicle won't fit.
Booth Restrictions
All displays, signage, and activities must remain within your assigned booth space. Aisle solicitation is prohibited.
Sound & Music
Keep sound levels reasonable. Management may restrict amplified sound that disrupts neighboring booths.
Trash & Recycling
Exhibitors are responsible for their own trash. Empty trash into large garbage at the back. No dumping after expo.
Venue Policies
Palmer Events Center prohibits adhesives on floors/walls, helium balloons, and open flames.
Additional Event Rules
No exhibitor may assign or sublet any portion of their booth
Displays cannot block the view of neighboring booths
Hanging signs must be approved by show management
Booths must be staffed during all expo hours
Early breakdown is strictly prohibited
All promotional activities must be conducted within assigned booth space
There is NO exhibitor storage in the expo hall, purchase storage through the decorator if you cannot fit everything nicely into your booth
