A Perfect Star Decorator & Exposition (APSDE), LLC — Official Service Contractor for the 2027 Austin Marathon.
Included Furnishings
Each booth includes: 8 ft tall pipe and drape back wall (black drape), 3 ft tall side walls (wings), one 6 ft table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and an exhibitor identification sign. Note: Storage space is not included, please order storage through the decorator if your materials will not fit within your booth or in your vehicle.
Important Deadlines
February 2nd All decorator orders due.
February 5th All shipments must arrive to the decorator warehouse.

Elevate your space with carpet, extra tables, or hire labor. Submit orders by the deadline.
Shipping Materials
Palmer Events Center will not accept packages on site. Ship through the decorator for delivery.
